We specialize in custom digital design services, including esports graphics, 3D digital visual assets, social media branding, and visual identity systems. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined and confirmed via direct written communication prior to commencement.3. Pricing & Invoicing
All design services are bespoke. Invoices are billed and processed securely via Razorpay in INR or equivalent foreign currencies. Projects typically require an upfront deposit (e.g., 50%) prior to project kickoff, with any remaining balances due upon project completion or defined milestones.4. Deliverables & Delivery
All completed design assets are delivered entirely digitally via secure cloud transfer (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or direct download links). No physical goods are shipped.5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, final approved deliverable files are released to the client for their intended commercial or personal use. The Designer reserves the right to showcase the completed work and associated design assets in portfolios, case studies, and social media channels for self-promotional purposes.6. Governing Law

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not process, capture, or store your credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, or payment credentials on this website. All financial data is handled directly by Razorpay under industry-standard encryption and security protocols.4. Third-Party Links

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Kiran Kumar provides customized digital design, branding, and creative production services. Because all design assets, visual identities, and 3D graphics are custom-made and tailor-fit to individual client specifications, standard refunds are handled under the terms outlined below.2. Project Cancellation Prior to Commencement
If a client cancels a project before design work or exploratory drafting has begun, any advance payment or deposit will be refunded in full, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred through the payment gateway.3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced
Once design work, conceptualization, or production has commenced, the initial project deposit (typically 50%) is non-refundable, as it covers the creative labor, ideation, and production time dedicated to the project up to that point.4. Milestone Payments & Final Deliverables
Once a project milestone or final set of deliverables is approved and high-resolution, unwatermarked master files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.5. Revisions & Satisfaction
We prioritize client alignment through agreed revision rounds specified in individual project agreements prior to final delivery.6. Refund Processing Timeline

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Kiran Kumar offers purely digital creative design services. We do not manufacture, package, ship, or physically deliver any tangible or physical goods.2. Delivery Method
All completed project deliverables (including PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, 3D source files, or vector assets) are delivered electronically via:
• Secure cloud file transfers (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer)
• Direct download links sent via email communication3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery schedules and milestones are mutually agreed upon prior to project kickoff and specified in the project proposal or invoice. Estimated project timelines typically range from 3 to 14 business days depending on the project scope and client feedback turnaround.4. Confirmation of Receipt
Upon transmission of the download link, the delivery is marked complete. Clients are encouraged to download, inspect, and back up all delivered project files immediately.5. Delivery Issues & Assistance
